Empower young people (especially women) to take political leadership roles from local government to national leadership
Who it’s for:
Aged 18–35
Aspiring public servants, youth advocates, community organisers, and early-career politicians
Demonstrated interest in public policy, governance, or community leadership
Program components:
Leadership Academy (12 weeks) — modules on governance, ethics, public finance, fundraising, campaign management, media & communications, gender and inclusion, civic tech, and community organising.
Mentorship — matched with former public officials, policy experts, and civic leaders.
Practicum & Field Placement — placements with local assembly offices, CSOs, or campaigns.
Micro-grants & Seed Support — small grants for community governance projects led by alumni.
Alumni Network & Incubator — ongoing professional support and leadership labs.
